If you cancel Amber Cove & Taino Bay Shore Excursions or Day Trips,  less than 48 hours before your intended date of participation, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

In the event of the cruise ship being unable to dock in Taino Bay or Amber Cove, a full refund of the paid price will be given. 

In the event of the cruise ship arriving late at the dock, we will contact you.
