    Please read the following information carefully. You will not be able to make a tour booking until you confirm you have read and agreed to these term conditions.

    You agree and accept that all tour itineraries may vary due to tidal and weather conditions without prior notice. The tour operator is experienced and any changes made will be for your safety and comfort during the trip.

    Cancellation due to weather; all of our tours that can be booked through this site can be considered outdoor, all-weather activities. If you decide to cancel your booking due to unfavorable weather conditions and the tour operator deems that the weather conditions are safe enough to allow the tour or activity to take place, no refund will be given.

    In the unlikely event that a tour is cancelled by the tour operator ( for any reason ), you will be given a full refund, or be allowed to reschedule for an alternative date, at no additional cost.

    If you cancel Amber Cove & Taino Bay Shore Excursions or Day Trips,  less than 48 hours before your intended date of participation, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

    In the event of the cruise ship being unable to dock in Taino Bay or Amber Cove, a full refund of the paid price will be given.
